First Aid Kits - India

The residents in poor areas around the Bethesda Christian Church in Chennai have limited or no access to first-aid care for minor injuries. First aid practices are not widely used and limited knowledge of proper care/treatment means simple injuries become life threatening when left untreated. 

We purchased the necessary supplies to fully stock 10 first aid kits and provided members of the church with basic first aid training. Upon completion of the training, the church members were given the first aid kits to provide needed assistance to local residents.
